Job Details

This is a 5 Days in Office Role. We are seeking a seasoned Employment Litigation Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a strategic litigator with deep experience in employment law who thrives in high‑stakes environments and is passionate about advocating for clients in complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage employment litigation matters from inception through resolution, including class actions, PAGA claims, wage and hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and WARN Act cases.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and prepare for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Advise clients on employment law compliance, HR policies, internal investigations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel across jurisdictions to ensure cohesive litigation strategy and execution.
• Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.
