Security Account Manager
Wage : $105,565.00 / Salary
The Central Atlantic Region is actively seeking a talented Security Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the Chantilly, VA office. This role focuses on managing several data center sites located in Manassas, VA, and includes a $400 monthly vehicle allowance.
As a Security Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery across assigned locations. Your responsibilities will include :
- Overseeing daily contractor operations, which includes hiring, training, and managing personnel.
- Building strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinating support services and resolving operational issues to enhance account performance.
- Achieving cost-saving and operational efficiency goals while prioritizing outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining operating schedules and overseeing payroll for contractor personnel, including after-hour emergency response.
- Communicating updates and procedures with the Client Regional Security Manager.
- Monitoring device repairs and managing the Ticketing System.
- Reviewing logs and records regularly to identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Compiling data for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ensuring adherence to contract terms.
- Managing onboarding and training processes to meet local regulatory standards.
- Tracking alarm violations and managing reporting and resolutions.
- Effectively handling escalated security issues and emergency situations.
- Developing staff through coaching, counseling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintaining records of contractor personnel and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Meeting staffing requirements and delivering site-specific training and annual refreshers.
- Creating and updating operational procedures and post orders for emergencies.
- Managing uniforms, equipment, supplies, and vehicle inventories with maintenance schedules.
Additional Responsibilities :
Implementing company policies and announcements.Carrying out other contract management tasks as required by the client.To qualify for this position, you should have :
