Quality Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team in New Castle, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will lead quality assurance initiatives, collaborate with various departments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action initiatives to prevent recurrence of quality problems.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
• Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting quality management.

Qualifications

• Must have ACI Certification Level 1

• Strength Certification and ACI SCC Certification is preferred

Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in quality management or assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.) and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in quality management software and tools.
• Certifications in quality management (e.g., CQE, CQM) are a plus.
