Digital Marketing Specialist

This role is perfect for individuals experienced in setting up, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

What you’ll do :

Primary Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in collaboration with Account Executives, Web Developers, and Creative Designers.

Design, launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads platform.

Conduct A / B testing and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum conversion.

Work closely with our Director of Digital Marketing to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to clients.

Assist in client presentations, breaking down complex analytics into clear, understandable reports.

Ideal Candidate

Proactive and self-motivated with a passion for personal and professional growth.

Strong problem-solving skills with a drive to understand the bigger picture.

Comfortable with data analysis, statistics, and delivering performance summaries.

Experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Meta Advertising and Google Advertising.

Analytical mindset with a focus on conversion optimization.

Project coordination and performance analysis capabilities.

Excellent presentation skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
