Level 1 : Estimated hourly base pay : $18.27(minimum) - $24.04(midpoint) - $29.33(maximum)Plus shift differential and overtime

Level 2 : Estimated hourly base pay : $22.12(minimum) - $28.85(midpoint) - $35.58(maximum)Plusshift differential and overtime

Woodward in Loves Park, IL is hiring for a 2nd shift, M-Th (3 : 24pm-1 : 54am) Operations Technician to support our B300 Okuma, LB3000 Okuma & Tsugami Machines at our Loves Park Campus. Level 1

Key Responsibilities :

Operations : Follows documented procedures to accurately and efficiently produce products using specified tools and equipment.Flexes and supports the full product line in various processes / capacities.

Process : Observesand records key process variables to ensure consistency and quality in operations.Accurately logs daily operations and resolves or escalates concerns. Follows standard operating procedures.

Quality : Conducts inspections and tests to verify the accuracy and functionality of products and records andmaintainsdata per operating standards.

Organization & Cleanliness : Adheres to 5S principles by keeping workstations clean, organized, and free of unnecessary items.Followsestablished guidelines to ensure tools, materials, and equipment areproperly storedandmaintained.

Safety Mindset : Adheres to all established safety protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements;maintainsmindfulness of self and surrounding workareato promote a safe working environment.

Successful Candidates Typically Have :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Previous experience setting up B3000 Okuma & Tsugami machines preferred

Basic Mechanical aptitude preferred

Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.) preferred

Knowledge and ability to read and interpret blueprints is strongly preferred
