Assistant Installers with a good attitude and work ethic will be empowered to become Installers where they will make decisions and own the management of assigned tasks and projects.

Job Summary

Concrete Craft is seeking experienced and non-experienced people to join our team. We are looking for hard-working installers that have a good attitude and can work as a team member with our current crews. Generally, new Assistant Installers will work and train to learn the craft and techniques related to coat concrete, decorative concrete, stained concrete, and stamped concrete. Depending on experience and skill, we expect the assistant installers to transition into being Installer, which will lead to higher compensation levels and responsibilities.
