This is a long-term hire for a company that prioritizes craftsmanship, quality control, and high-end finishes. The selected candidate will spend roughly half their time on-site and the other half in the office, working closely with internal teams, ownership, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead full-cycle project execution from buyout through closeout on multifamily developments
Manage budgets, schedules, RFI/submittal/change order workflows, and subcontractor coordination
Oversee Procore-based project documentation and reporting with a high degree of accuracy
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and ownership to ensure alignment on design and delivery
Supervise field operations, including sitework, vertical construction, and finish quality
Drive resolution on site challenges, while maintaining momentum on project milestones
Participate in cost tracking, internal meetings, and ongoing schedule updates
Ensure compliance with safety, QA/QC, and project-specific requirements
Qualifications:
7–10+ years of experience in commercial or multifamily construction
Demonstrated experience with podium construction, high-density apartment complexes, and large-scale renovations
Strong knowledge of Procore, Microsoft Project, and construction workflows
Ability to manage both technical field operations and office-based documentation
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Local to the West LA area or open to being on-site regularly
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary ($150-175K depending on experience)
