Job description4 - 4.5 days per week 3 days dedicated to endoscopy procedures / OR time, remainder in outpatient clinic Call shared on a 1 : 3 rotation with excellent hospitalist and emergency medicine support Schedule flexibility to match procedural and clinical interests $755,000 Base salary at the 75th percentile MGMA for 4.5-5 days per week Production bonuses with quarterly or annual payouts Signing bonus ($75k), relocation assistance, residency stipend, and loan repayment options 30 days PTO, 5 days CME + $3,000 allowance, full malpractice with tail coverage, comprehensive health benefits, and retirement plans with employer match Board-certified or board-eligible in Gastroenterology Proficiency in ERCP required; EUS and advanced endoscopy welcomed Eligible for Mississippi medical licensure J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Rural community serving a multi-county, multi-state region of 130,000+ patients Limited competition, offering strong patient demand and referral streams Affordable cost of living with family-friendly neighborhoods Easy access to larger metro amenities within driving distance Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and specialists across various healthcare settings, gaining insights and perspectives that enrich your professional practice. Practice Overview
- Partner with an established physician transitioning out of practice for a turn-key opportunity
- Provide full-spectrum gastroenterology, including ERCP, EGD, colonoscopy, and advanced procedures
- Dedicated endoscopy suite with expansion plans and full anesthesia support
- Robust ancillary services on-site (MRI, CT, ultrasound, x-ray, labs)
