Core Responsibilities
Creative Strategy (33%)
- Research audience segments, pain points, dream outcomes, and objections through Reddit reviews, competitor analysis, and social listening.
- Stay ahead of creative trends by actively following platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and industry thought leaders.
- Create comprehensive creative strategy documents that guide campaign development.
Creative Execution (33%)
Write compelling hooks, scripts, and body copy that drive engagement and conversions.Develop detailed creative briefs for UGC creators, designers, and video editors.Direct creative production, including shot selection, visual storytelling, and brand consistency.Work with our designers and video editors to create concepts that scale.Client Management (33%)
Distill performance data into actionable insights for clients.Lead client meetings with confidence.Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.Our Ideal Candidate
You’re a great copywriter.You understand core ad metrics (CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA / CPL).You drive projects forward (aka high agency – you tell us what you’re doing, why, and if there are roadblocks, how you think they can be solved).You’re the type of person who naturally studies ads while scrolling, reverse engineers successful campaigns, and gets excited about finding that perfect hook.You can take ownership of client relationships and confidently lead strategy meetings.#J-18808-Ljbffr
