General Purpose

We are seeking a skilled Alarm Security Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for the installation, service, programming, and repair of a wide range of smart home technoligies, including security alarms, home theater systems, surveillance cameras, access control, and networking devices.

The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver who enjoys working in both residential and commercial environments, delivering customized solutions and excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

• Install, service, and troubleshoot security alarm systems, surveillance cameras, smart devices, and A / V equipment
• Integrate technologies such as lighting control, thermostats, access control, and home networking systems
• Program control systems and user interfaces (e.g., touch panels, mobile apps, remotes)
• Ensure device compatibility and seamless communication across smart home ecosystems
• Customize system setups to meet each clients unique needs
• Provide technical support and maintenance to clients post-installation
• Maintain organized records of jobs, parts, and service calls
