About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Lead Blockchain Architect to spearhead the technical direction of our next-generation blockchain and gaming ecosystem. This is a critical role in designing a high-performance blockchain capable of supporting large-scale gaming and digital entertainment workloads. As the Lead Blockchain Architect, you will be responsible for architectural design, infrastructure development, and innovation in development tools while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. This is a founder-level position where you will have the opportunity to build, mentor, and lead a top-tier blockchain engineering team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of excellence in blockchain infrastructure projects, with expertise in consensus algorithms, distributed systems, and smart contract platforms. You should have a solid foundation in enhancing blockchain performance and hands-on experience with performance-critical programming languages. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks is essential. An entrepreneurial mindset and capability to excel in a dynamic, high-growth environment are vital.

While not required, experience in gaming or entertainment infrastructure, knowledge of cryptography, ZK proofs, secure multi-party computation, and a background in AI-driven systems or developer tools will be considered beneficial.
