WHY KENNEDY VALVE?

Kennedy Valve offers great wages, stability, and benefits packages :

• Starting Wages- $33.63 HR.
• Hourly Pay Differential 2nd shifts $.80 third shift $.90.
• Longevity Pay $.10 cents each hour for every 2 years worked with a cap at $1.20.
• Paid Sick Leave-

80 hours (about 3 and a half days) of Paid Sick Leave (PSL) prorated based on start date.

Sell back of any unused PSL at the end of year.

Retirement 401k-.1.00 per hour for hours worked placed in a 401k for you by the Company.

An additional 50% company match on 4% employee contribution.

Job Description

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Mechanic will perform preventative maintenance on all production equipment. This position requires repair and maintenance to maintain the building / facility, and production machinery / equipment in the facility.
