As a Senior Account & Relationship Executive, you will manage the most complex and high-profile accounts with discretion. Your strategic planning and deep understanding of account needs will drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You may also serve as a lead for a small team, contributing to the development and success of junior team members. Our ideal candidate will be located in the Eastern or Central time zone, have experience in the Healthcare Technology space with either Payer, Provider, or Vendor.
Key tasks include managing and nurturing relationships with complex and high-profile accounts, conducting strategic planning to meet account-specific business needs, exercising broad authority in setting and negotiating product / service terms, creating, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive sales plans, leading and mentoring a small team of junior account managers, conducting regular strategic meetings with senior management of client accounts, resolving critical and complex customer issues, developing and executing upselling and cross-selling strategies within accounts, driving customer satisfaction through tailored service delivery, and contributing to the development of sales policies and strategies.
You're a great fit if you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience, 7+ years' experience in field sales or account management or other equivalent experience, experience in the healthcare technology space either in payer, provider, or vendor, experience working with risk adjustment software, advanced communication skills for high-level interactions, ability to lead and mentor junior team members, in-depth understanding of the organization's products or services, proficiency in complex sales strategy development and implementation, expertise in negotiating complex sales terms, mastery of CRM tools for managing complex accounts, advanced analytical skills for strategic planning and performance tracking, and exceptional ability to maintain and enhance long-term client relationships.
