Pay Information

$115 to $135 per hour

About The Position

Primary Care Locums Physician - Connecticut, Weekdays Only

Outpatient primary care opportunity in Connecticut with no call and up to 120 weekdays still open.

Highlights

  • Weekdays only; no evenings or weekends
  • Outpatient only with no call responsibilities
  • 120 weekdays available; pick up PRN or full-time
  • Credentialing in 60 days; coverage can start soon

Practice Setting

  • Community-based outpatient clinic
  • All-ages care starting at age 2
  • 20 patients per day, on average
  • No procedures required

    • Schedule

  • Monday through Friday, 8a to 5p
  • Full-time assignment available; or fill weeks as you're free
  • Control your schedule; breaks between coverage are okay
  • 1-year commitment option for long-term consistency

    • Cases and Procedures

  • Mix of acute, chronic, and preventive visits
  • Typical cases include diabetes, hypertension, wellness exams
  • Pap smears preferred, not required

    • Requirements

  • MD or DO in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
  • Board Certified or Eligible within 5 years
  • Active Connecticut license required

    • Travel Accommodations

  • Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
