About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll provide project management of civil engineering projects that may include roadway materials, structure foundations, earthwork, site development, mining / mine sites, power transmission facilities, drainage, and other civil engineering projects. Ideally, you'll have a background of experience that includes engineering or management of the following types of civil engineering projects :

• Earthwork and pavements
• Urban and rural drainage systems
• Erosion control and grading
• Environmental documentation and permitting

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager at STRATA, you'll play a key role in both winning and delivering projects. While you won't have direct reports, you'll lead by example, mentoring and guiding team members throughout the project lifecycle.
