TLC IS A K-12 PUBLIC HYBRID HOMESCHOOL

We incorporate both school and parent involvement in educating students. Families can choose between a 100% homeschool program, or a hybrid program, with 3 days at school and 2 days at home. Teachers and staff are required to report onsite five days per week.

OUR HISTORY

In May 2004, the San Diego Unified School District approved The Learning Choice Academy and authorized it to serve students in grades K-12. Currently, TLC has charters for all three school sites with sponsors from local districts including Chula Vista Elementary School District, Grossmont Union High School District, and San Diego Unified School District.

Job Summary

Under the direction of Special Education Director, provide occupational therapy service for

designated students according to Individual Education Plan (IEP) goals. Implementation and

supervision of therapy intervention plan; maintain related service records and prepare a variety of reports in collaboration with staff and parents to support a student's ability to participate in daily school activities.
