Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the software development team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment

Define project requirements, develop plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress for timely delivery of software projects

Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, including quality assurance processes and risk management strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Seven (7) years of experience in a software development role or as a subject matter expert

Three (3) years of resource management experience

Five (5) years in a senior or subject matter expert position
