About this Position

As the Quality Engineering Manager / Lead, you will shape our quality strategy across the organization and within the teams. You will play a critical role in designing scalable, robust quality engineering practices and frameworks, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of reliability, performance, and user experience. Ideally, you have a strong understanding of both software and cloud architect as it relates to quality control methodologies, test automation, and driving a quality culture.

You will be responsible for :

  • Defining the overall quality engineering strategy, including test architecture, automation frameworks, and metrics.
  • Identifying opportunities for more effective, efficient testing through the use of AI.
  • Creating and documenting quality processes and standards.
  • Working with the development, DevOps, and product teams to drive quality throughout the SDLC.
  • Designing and maintaining scalable and reusable test automation frameworks for frontend, API, and backend systems.
  • Lead the evaluation and selection of quality engineering tools.
  • Establishing processes for shift-left testing and continuous testing.
  • Guiding and mentoring QA Engineers across multiple teams.
  • Reviewing test plans and strategies to ensure effective release.
  • Partnering with product on acceptance criteria standards to enable optimal test case creation and quality control.

About You

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software QA and test automation in a SaaS environment
  • 1+ years of experience in an architect / lead / manager role
  • Demonstrated experience defining quality engineering strategy
  • Experience with .Net Core / C#
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, testRigor, Testim
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Azure preferred
  • Deep understanding of the SDLC
  • Experience with performance testing tools
  • Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and a passion for quality
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across an organization
