Overview
We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our enterprise support team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies while supporting mission-critical systems in a collaborative setting.
Base pay range
$30.00 / hr - $35.00 / hr
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of enterprise-level technical support or break / fix troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with HL7 FHIR standards preferred
