Position Summary :
We are seeking an Attorney (2–5 years of experience) to join our in-house legal team supporting Acadia’s real estate operations, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, litigation, and public company activity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial leasing and a working understanding of the legal and business issues that arise in the ownership and operation of open-air shopping centers and urban street retail properties.

Compensation :
The base salary compensation range for this role reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including skills, experience, and organizational needs. A reasonable current base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on individual and company performance.
Employees may also be eligible to participate in an annual discretionary bonus program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
