We are looking for an in-office Payroll Specialist comfortable with ADP and New York payroll requirements. Some bookkeeping and General HR experience would be an added plus.
Payroll Specialist Responsibilities :
- Accurately process all payroll for salaried and hourly employees
- Assist team members with pay inquiries and issues as needed
- Ensure data integrity and correct any pay errors or discrepancies
- Assist the HR Manager with time card and other pertinent issues
Payroll Specialist Qualifications :
2+ years of equivalent experienceProficient with QuickBooks, ADP and Microsoft Office SuiteSuperb attention to detail and ability to communicate with all levels of the companySolid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices along with assisting with employee relations and recruitment effortsPayroll Specialist Compensation :
