Job description

Role Overview :

Expert in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning, responsible for building advanced planning data models, calculations, allocations, and supporting labor planning transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design and develop SAC planning models for labor cost, headcount, and compensation.
  • Build complex calculations, allocations, and simulation scenarios (e.g., inflation, merit increases).
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (SuccessFactors, HR Portal, Excel, etc.).
  • Enable flexible user input, grouping, and custom reporting layouts.
  • Support process improvements and adoption of SAC best practices.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Ensure security, access control, and data refresh capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience :

  • 5+ years in SAC Planning, with proven track record of successful implementations.
  • Expertise in building planning data models, calculations, and allocations.
  • Experience with integration of HR and financial data sources.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with SAC security, access control, and reporting features.

    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
