Jackson, Michigan

Continuum Therapy Partners is excited to offer a full-time leadership opportunity for a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) at Vista Grande Villa a collaborative, patient-centered skilled nursing facility where your leadership and clinical expertise truly make a difference.

Seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PTs), Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Occupational Therapists (OTs) or Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)

Position Highlights :

Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department

Ensure excellence in clinical services and outcomes

Provide mentorship and support to therapy staff

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to promote optimal patient care
