Health Care Attorney (Counsel)

Health Counsel / Senior Counsel - Washington, D.C.

Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel for its Health Care & Life Sciences practice in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications :

• 6-10+ years of expertise with False Claims Act (FCA) investigations and litigation
• Significant experience with health care fraud and abuse laws is required
• Experience working at the Department of Justice Civil Fraud Division or a United States Attorney’s Office (preferred)
• JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
• Admitted to the Washington, D.C. Bar
