JOB SUMMARY The Physical Therapist (PT) is responsible for planning, delegating, and delivering safe, effective, and individualized physical therapy interventions as prescribed by a physician. The PT promotes functional independence and optimal quality of life for patients through comprehensive assessments and therapeutic care. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy school.

Current Wyoming Physical Therapy License

Experience in providing appropriate care in post-acute or long-term care environment preferred
