Job Title : Medical Doctor (MD) Location : Dallas, TX Job Type : Full-Time | Onsite Salary : $300,000 per year (Based on experience and specialty) HCL Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor (MD) to join our clinical team in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive patient care, diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions, and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment to deliver high-quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conditions, and injuries. Perform physical examinations, preventive screenings, and routine check-ups. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Prescribe medications and administer treatments in accordance with clinical best practices. Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations. Educate patients and families on treatment, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle management. Collaborate closely with specialists, nurses, and allied health professionals. Stay updated with the latest advancements in medicine, treatments, and healthcare technology. Ensure adherence to HIPAA, CMS, and all local / state / federal healthcare compliance requirements. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school. Valid Texas Medical License and board certification in relevant specialty. Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience preferred. Strong diagnostic, analytical, and clinical decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare environment.
