RN Resident Progressive Surgical Unit (4OP)

Full-Time or Part-Time 12-Hour Variable Shifts Available

Up to $12,000 Hiring Bonus Pay Range : $39.62 $79.20 / hr

Requirements to Apply :

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Newly licensed Registered Nurse (12 months or less of RN experience)

Washington State RN license upon hire

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association upon hire

Specialty certification preferred, but not required

Available positions include :

36 hours / week (Full-Time), 12-hour variable shifts

24 hours / week (Part-Time), 12-hour variable shifts

Job Overview :

As an RN Resident in the Progressive Surgical Unit, you will :

Provide direct care to post-surgical patients with varied acuity

Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and support recovery

Work closely with experienced nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams

Document care and patient responses accurately using EMR systems

Develop strong critical thinking and clinical skills through hands-on experien
