The Loan Administrator communicates with customers and external loan officers by telephone and email in order to follow the customer relationship through the closing of the loan and assist customers and external loan officers calling in with questions regarding their loan in process. This position requires thorough knowledge of loan products and the ability to manage a large pipeline of loan applications. Satisfactory completion of Equity and Loan Administrator Training and demonstrated proficiency is required.
