Responsible - able to conduct programs safely and efficiently Reliable - always on time, always prepared Adaptable - able to adjust to every environment and group type Professional - comfortable dealing with everyone from parents to principals Flexible - able to function in a business where schedules and workloads are at the mercy of the customer Fun
