Dimensional Engineer (VSA Expert)

Waltonen Engineering is seeking a skilled Dimensional Engineer (VSA) to join our team! The ideal candidate will have experience with Teamcenter Visualization VSA, a powerful dimensional analysis tool used to simulate manufacturing and assembly processes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our engineering processes.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize Teamcenter Visualization VSA to perform Variation Simulation Analysis (VSA) and predict dimensional variations in military vehicle components.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve dimensional issues.
• Optimize design and tolerances to improve product quality, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market.
• Document and report findings, providing actionable insights to the engineering team.
• Coordinate with Program Manager, Designers, and Mechanic as required.
