We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven professional with a passion for hospitality, partnerships, and business development to lead our sales strategy, manage field operations, and represent our brand in the market. This position collaborates closely with senior leadership on strategic direction, performance reporting, and long-term vision.
The Director of Field Sales & Partnerships is a leadership role responsible for increasing revenue growth, overseeing the field sales team, and building lasting partnerships within the hospitality and tourism industry. This individual acts as both a strategic driver of partnerships and a hands-on leader of field sales operations, to ensure strong brand presence and measurable results with hotels, OTAs, attractions, restaurants, and at industry events. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Define revenue targets, growth strategies, and sales objectives aligned with company goals.
- Lead and mentor the field sales team, providing direction on target territories, partner engagement, and execution standards.
- Oversee tracking of partner engagements, field activity, and OTA performance in the CRM.
- Use CRM data and analytics to evaluate KPIs such as partnership ROI, territory coverage, sales growth, and attendance impact to report to senior leadership.
- Improve sales workflows and partnership reporting for efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and team performance metrics.
- Develop, secure, and maintain strong, positive relationships with a portfolio of Strategic Partners to drive revenue, increase attendance, offset costs, and maximize partner satisfaction.
- Build referral and marketing networks with hotels, attractions, and businesses to expand brand visibility.
- Lead the implementation of partnership and sponsorship agreements, ensuring successful execution and measurable ROI.
- Determine priority locations for the field team, including hotels, attractions, restaurants, and local businesses.
- Direct the deployment of brochures, concierge displays, kiosks, and in-location promotions.
- Ensure seamless partner and customer journeys from initial contact to ongoing relationship.
- Build processes for scheduling, coverage, and reporting from the field.
- Represent the company at trade shows, hospitality industry events, and networking forums.
- Work with the brand / marketing team to create partnership materials including proposals, pitch decks, website content, and content marketing.
- Act as the bridge between executive leadership and sales / field teams, turning strategy into action.
- Foster a high-performance culture of accountability, collaboration, and execution.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, brand guidelines, and hospitality industry practices.

Requirements / Qualifications
