Transporter Nurse Aide

Transporter

Transports patients and supplies to and from patient care areas and various other departments. Supports nursing staff.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities :

• Transports patients between departments and units as directed
• Supports nursing staff by performing nurse aide duties when needed
• Transports specimens, supplies and equipment to and from departments as directed
• Stocks patient care areas and compiles charts
• Performs other department related duties as assigned
