A company is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and direct a Customer Service Team, managing performance and accountability
Collaborate with leaders to manage workflow and staffing to meet deadlines
Serve as a systems expert, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with sales programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience
3-5 years of customer service and / or agricultural experience with supervisory leadership
Proficiency in various software applications, including MS Office and internal systems
Ability to meet in person monthly in Olivia, MN, and occasional travel for sales meetings
Results-oriented with the ability to interpret information for effective team leadership
