Planning Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Planning Manager to lead our global finished goods planning function — driving accuracy, efficiency, and product availability across a fast-moving supply chain.

You’ll manage a team of planners, optimize demand forecasting and inventory, and strengthen partnerships with international suppliers. This role is perfect for a data-driven leader who thrives on process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and develop a team of planners focused on forecasting, inventory, and procurement.
• Manage purchasing from global vendors and ensure timely product availability.
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Operations to align planning strategies.
• Enhance ERP / planning systems and maintain accurate master data.
• Set and monitor inventory KPIs, reducing excess and improving service levels.
• Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and supplier performance.
