Senior Facilities Specialist

We are searching for the best talent for Senior Facilities Specialist. Purpose : A Licensed Electrician Facility Technician combines specialized electrical expertise with facility management skills. They are responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across a facility, ensuring all work adheres to licensing standards, safety codes, and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for :

  • Install, upgrade, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment within the facility, complying with local electrical codes and standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex electrical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques to minimize system downtime.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical infrastructure.
  • Perform electrical safety checks and compliance audits to adhere to licensing and safety regulations.
  • Respond to emergency electrical situations efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain precise records of inspections, repairs, and modifications for compliance tracking.
  • Collaborate with facility management and other trades to coordinate electrical work and projects.
  • Lead or supervise electrical contractors
  • Ensure that all electrical work is performed in accordance with licensing, safety standards, and best practices.

Qualifications / Requirements :

  • Valid electrical license or certification as a licensed electrician.
  • Extensive experience in electrical systems installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in facility environments.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards (e.g., NEC, local regulations).
  • Ability to operate electrical diagnostic, testing, and measuring equipment.
  • Familiarity with facility management practices and safety protocols.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Desired Skills :

  • Leadership and supervision abilities for managing contractors
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • 5-7 years of licensed work experience.
  • Work Environment :

  • Works indoors and outdoors in commercial, industrial, or institutional facilities.
  • May require emergency call-outs and work outside of regular hours for urgent repairs.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $77,000-$124,200. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and / or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs : medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program. Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits : Vacation 120 hours per calendar year Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington 56 hours per calendar year Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays 13 days per calendar year Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year Parental Leave 480 hours within one year of the birth / adoption / foster care of a child Condolence Leave 30 days for an immediate family member : 5 days for an extended family member Caregiver Leave 10 days Volunteer Leave 4 days Military Spouse Time-Off 80 hours.
