What You’ll Do

• Deliver and document high-quality nursing care and medication administration
• Monitor residents’ health and communicate changes to the care team and physicians
• Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
• Participate in care planning, evaluation, and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Ensure a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment for all residents
• Support and mentor caregivers to foster teamwork and consistency in care
