Summary
Manganaro Building Group, LLC is looking for a Outside Sales-Prehung Doors to join our Doors Division at our office in Woburn, MA . If you have extensive experience developing and completing projects while having a deep understanding of doors and the accompanying hardware, Manganaro has a place for you!

Primary Responsibilities :
- Promote, sell and secure new accounts for the company related product lines
- Services existing accounts with necessary products, time and information.
- Prepare, coordinate and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates and service obligations to customers / contractors.
- Assist in the collection of accounts receivable.
- Prepare and input orders as necessary.
- Inform company of competitive prices, products and market-related information.
- Estimate materials from blue prints supplied by customer / contractor.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and / or customer accounts
- Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory
- Monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand
Secondary Responsibilities :
Assist operations teams with order verification and writing as a “second set of eyes” when schedule allowsAssist operations teams with review of revised project documents / changes when schedule allowsEducation and Experience :
B.S. Degree in civil engineering, construction management, architecture, finance, or accounting is preferred3+ years of experience specializing in the Door, Frames, and Hardware FieldSuccess Factors :
