AR/Billing Specialist

Job Description

Top client in North Las Vegas area seeking to add to their accounting team. Stable company with a great working environment!

Generate, review and send out invoices, will also do data entry of AP
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, review AR aging to ensure timely payment collections
Research, resolve payment discrepancies by obtaining and investigating information from Quick Books
Post customer payment by recording checks, ACH and Credit card transactions Prepare bank deposits
Maintain accounts receivable customer files and records
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned by the Office Manager Assists other finance areas
Works collaboratively with colleagues at all levels of the company

Experience with QuickBooks and Excel software is required
Proven working experience as accounts receivable clerk, billing or accounts receivable manager
Detail-oriented, strong analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication stills

Previous construction industry experience
