Automotive Technical Examination Agent

A company is looking for a Technical Examination Agent STAR (Remote - Must live in the US) with automotive experience.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer inbound calls and tickets for technical assistance, documenting contacts in Cherwell

Guide Dealer Technicians with diagnostic direction until resolution is achieved

Provide technical support to internal groups and communicate product issues as needed

Required Qualifications :

High School Graduate (bachelor's degree preferred)

Automotive Service Excellence Certifications (ASE) preferred

At least 3 years of automotive repair experience

2-3 years of experience with Cummins 6.0L Diesel Engine required

Basic knowledge of diagnostics, repair tools, and dealer information software
