Description :
Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support for the corporate office.
Responsibilities :
- Support daily administrative functions of the human resources, finance, sales, compliance and IT teams.
- Oversee daily clerical tasks such as sorting and sending mail
- Assist with coordinating office events
- Maintain office supplies and act as a liaison with vendors
- Assist in keeping the office neat and orderly
- Greet visitors and answer and / or distribute department calls and emails when needed
- Other responsibilities as assigned by management
Schedule : Monday through Thursday, approximately 9am to 5pm, with some flexibility. Final details will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay Range : $17 to $20 Per Hour
