Location : Bay Area, CA (Hybrid – Field & Remote)

Type : Independent Contractor | Commission-Only

We are working on behalf of a well-regarded logistics and relocation company in the Bay Area that’s actively looking to bring on a sharp, driven Sales Executive to sell their high-demand commercial services. This role is commission-only , but the earning potential is substantial — high-ticket projects, short sales cycles, and no cap on commissions.

They specialize in :

Corporate office relocations

Furniture sales and installations

IT and data center equipment moves

If you have experience selling B2B services — especially in relocation, commercial furniture, logistics, construction, or IT — this is a lucrative opportunity to align with a company that delivers on what they promise and supports your deals with fast operational follow-through.

Position Highlights

100% commission-based (typical earnings of $5K–$25K+ per deal )

What You’ll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of business clients in need of relocation or buildout services

Customize and present solutions aligned with client budgets and timelines

Collaborate with internal teams to scope and price each opportunity

Maintain CRM records and visibility into pipeline activity

Ideal Candidate Profile

3+ years in B2B sales (preferred industries : moving, commercial furniture, logistics, construction, or IT)

Familiar with corporate relocations, office buildouts, or infrastructure transitions

Excellent at networking, relationship building, and closing

Independent, proactive, and familiar with the Bay Area market
