Price Solutions is actively searching for a Customer Relations Representative to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional communication skills, maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, and prioritize a customer-centric approach. Responsibilities include : Building client relationships : Must be able to build strong relationships by following up with clients, addressing their concerns, and offering personalized recommendations Product / Service Knowledge : Must be able to answer any questions the client may have about the product, and ensure that the client makes a purchase that meets their needs Providing feedback : Provide feedback to the management team that can help improve future business dealings Closing Sales : Sealing the deal with effective closing techniques Mandatory training sessions : Attend ongoing training to acquire system knowledge and stay up to date on products and services Qualifications : Minimum of one year in a direct customer service role Ability to adapt to new situations Strong interpersonal skills Self motivated and goal oriented Active listening and problem-solving abilities Those with experience or interest in any of the following categories will do well in this role : Sales, marketing, customer service, retail, athletics, restaurant, teamwork, training, campaigns, leadership, communication, outreach, advertising, business development, hospitality, adaptability, promotions, teams, clubs, fitness, problem solving, military, entrepreneurship, delivery, negotiation skills, products and services.
