Summary :

We are looking for a capable and compassionate Registered Nurse who can work independently and handle both routine and complex post-operative care. You will play a crucial role in patient recovery, utilizing your clinical skills and knowledge to ensure high-quality care for our patients.

Responsibilities :

• Demonstrate leadership qualities as per OneCHRISTUS Competencies.
• Provide nursing care through the nursing process : assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation for your assigned patients.
• Address complex physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and their families.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol while monitoring side effects and effectiveness.
• Carefully document patient histories, symptoms, medications, and care provided.
• Assess learning needs and educate patients, family members, and caregivers about their conditions and treatments.
