Oncology Nurse Practitioner

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to take an Perm Job position in a Oncology setting. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation and benefits. The NP / PA will provide high-quality, patient-centered care, working collaboratively with physicians, medical staff, and patients to support the health and well-being of our community.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care

Perform comprehensive assessments of patients, including history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.

Formulate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and provide counseling on prevention and health promotion.

Perform various medical procedures within scope of practice (e.g., suturing, casting, injections, etc.), as needed.

Work in close collaboration with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care.

Educate patients on disease management, lifestyle changes, and treatment plans to promote health and well-being.

Accurately document patient information, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Monitor patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary, and follow-up on any ongoing treatments.

Ensure that patient care adheres to institutional guidelines, state and federal regulations, and best practice standards.
