Schedule
- Monday–Friday, daytime hours
- Up to 3 or more work-from-home days per month
Time Off & Benefits- 27 total days off, including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flexible holidays
Continuing Education: 12 CEUs per year, Annual CEU stipend and CASP membership provided
Compensation & Bonuses
- Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000
- Monthly Performance Bonuses: Up to $1,000 per month (up to $12,000 annually)
Commute / Relocation
- Ability to reliably commute to Forney, TX, or Alamo, TX
- Willingness to relocate, if applicable, with employer-provided relocation assistance
Position Overview
The Senior BCBA (Clinic Director) will oversee and lead clinical ABA services across clinic, home, and community-based settings. This role combines clinical excellence with leadership responsibilities, including supervising staff, ensuring compliance, and supporting program development while fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee ABA services to support clients’ cognitive, social, and self-help skill development
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Ensure compliance with BACB standards, ethical guidelines, and insurance requirements
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary service providers to deliver holistic care
- Provide ongoing feedback, training, and professional development for staff
- Assist with clinic operations, program growth, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- 5+ years preferred
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Current or eligible Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification (as required by state)
- BACB-approved Supervisor status
- Proven experience managing caseloads and supervising RBTs and junior BCBAs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for supporting children and families in diverse settings
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and adapt in a dynamic clinical environment
