Job description

Employbridge is hiring a Bilingual (English / Spanish) Customer Service Representative to support order processing, shipping coordination, and customer communications for a manufacturing / distribution operation in Opa-locka. If you’re detail-oriented, Excel-savvy, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to talk.

What You’ll Do

  • Process sales orders, returns, picking tickets, and invoices in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate daily carrier pick-ups and optimize freight costs.
  • Prepare and track shipping documents (invoices, bills of lading); monitor shipment status.
  • Coordinate transfers to distribution centers; handle stamping documentation.
  • Maintain inventory controls : assist with warehouse processes, conduct physical counts, process transfers, and update records.
  • Serve as a liaison with consumers, distributors, and customers; handle inquiries and complaints and report quality issues.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and escalate issues for corrective action.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring

  • Bilingual : English & Spanish (required).
  • Experience in manufacturing or distribution (required).
  • Direct experience interacting with customers and service providers.
  • Proficiency in Excel (creating spreadsheets for analysis / reporting).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; high attention to detail; commitment to quality work.
