Our client, a dynamic organization in the hospitality sector, is seeking a Concessions Lead to join their team. As a Concessions Lead, you will be part of the Food Service Operations supporting the customer experience and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, organization, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title : Concessions Lead
Location : Marquette, MI
Pay Range : $17.71 per Hour
Shift : Weekends and evenings are a must. 32 - 40 hours a week.
What's the Job?
- Lead the organization, preparation, production, and service of concessions events and retail dining operations.
- Supervise service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and storage organization using various kitchen equipment and tools.
- Create and manage student schedules, task lists, checklists, and event outlines.
- Deliver fast-paced food service while creating positive customer experiences.
