SAP Project Manager

Direct Hire - Full Time - Perm Role!

Location : 3 days / week onsite in New Haven, CT

$125K-$130K

Client has launched a major S / 4HANA implementation and is seeking a full-time IT Project Manager with SAP experience to lead business system initiatives.

While not a deep technical SAP role, this position requires strong PM skills and a solid understanding of SAP (S / 4HANA, ECC, FI / CO, MM, SD modules).

Key Responsibilities :

Lead planning and execution of IT and SAP-related projects

Collaborate with business, IT, and third-party vendors

Develop project documentation : scope, schedule, cost, testing, etc.

Manage budgets, risks, contracts (including SOWs), and vendor relationships

Ensure quality and delivery of complex, high-visibility projects

Requirements :

6+ years of IT project management experience

3+ years managing SAP projects

PMP certification preferred

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Experience working with third-party consultants

Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
