Assistant Project Manager / Project Engineer (Philadelphia)

You'll support the Project Manager in the execution of glazing / faade projects, assisting with scheduling, cost tracking, coordination and documentation. This is a key developmental role for those aiming to become full PMs.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project scheduling, resource tracking and identification of potential delays.
• Support cost tracking : assist with reviewing invoices, tracking change orders, monitoring budget vs actuals.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers on site; act as conduit between field and office.
• Review drawings, submittals and installation sequences under guidance of PM.
• Maintain project documentation : daily logs, RFI tracking, meeting minutes, progress photos.
• Perform quality control checks and support safety compliance.
