Primary Objective of Position :

Serve as Part-Time Lead Budtender / Marketing at the City's Cannabis Dispensary. Responsible for directly assisting management team, assisting budtenders in daily tasks, social media marketing, digital media marketing, sale of products, stocking of products and customer service.

Qualifications / Prerequisites :

Education / Experience Prerequisite(s) : 1. 3 years of employment experience in marketing, social media and / or Search Engine Optimization (SEO). 2. Previous employment experience in retail or customer service. 3. Ability to obtain a valid cannabis worker permit or badge (if required by State).

Other Prerequisites : 1. Specific Qualifier / Test(s) : Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to pass any City and / or State-required background check. Pre-employment drug screen prior to starting employment. 2. Physical Requirement(s) : Position frequently reaches, grasps, twists and turns. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, with or without accommodation. 3. Job Performance and Attendance Record in Current / Most recent job : Met standard performance rating. Met standard attendance record.

Additional Factors to Be Considered : 1. Previous employment experience working in the Cannabis retail industry. 2. Previous marketing experience.
